Hallowed Weenies

Blame it on the black star
Blame it on the falling sky
Blame it on the satellite that beams me home

Happy Halloween Charlie Brown! I hope all the little ghouls and goblins have a blast! Don't eat too much candy and the best way to throw an egg is 25 – 40 meters from your target. Never get too much lift on your egg – they have a tendency to get away from you!

Not sure what we are doing tonight. Halloween is only just staring to become popular (It will become more popular as the Spanish economy grows stronger and stronger and more and more corporations want to sell Halloween shit here). Maria and I will, at the very least, keep up the tradition that started with the Seesters of “funny hat night.” From there, who knows. Then i move in tomorrow and have a 4 day weekend. Boo yeah!

I wore my Mets hat during the 1st five minutes of class as my Halloween costume. The shame is they wouldn't know baseball if it bit them in the ass and waved a flag.

I just finished John Irving's A Widow for One Year, which was absolutely amazing. Books get devoured here while i am on the train and Metro.

I also recently read Phillip Roth's American Pastoral, which was excellent but so dark and depressing i wanted to suffocate myself with a garbage bag. In the end I opted against it.

It is Cold Here! Like 7 degrees C at night. Last night the wind was brutal. Can't wait to get my winter clothes. Cheers all!
