A New Season

0:43

Watching Johan Santana tear through the Fish. I cooked up sweet onions in the wok and made hot dogs (i wokked them too – i am mad with wok power!) It's a delightful evening. I just got to sit down now after working late and then having errands to run – bill invoices to my bosses. But my class was canceled (i get half pay) for the morning so i can sleep. But I'm watching baseball in Madrid.

Oh brave new world that has such people in it

Still settling – I guess Mano took the ironing board i used last week, so i'll have to get one for work shirts, but I'm getting there. Only been a week. I think it'll work out fine.

I see the Yanks got rained out. You didn't have to be a brainiac to see that coming. Last year of the Stadium, last year of Shea – amazing.

I'm playing my guitar while my sister bangs a jar
The glass sets up a sound like people laughing
It's going to my brain and it's easing all my pain
I must hear this sound again 'cause time is passing
-The Who

I didn't see La Profesora this weekend because she was really sick. She had a respiratory thing. The Dr. prescribed her an antibiotic – wish she wasn't going to take until I coerced her. And then even after that she was coughing up blood! Told her to call the Dr. again but she's stubborn as a bull. So I'm going to go down tomorrow and see how she's doing. Why is it I always dig the loco ones? Coughing up blood! What is this, The siege of Madrid in '38? That's just wrong.

Brain melting. Mets up 7-2 in the 9th. I need to sleep. Good night baseball. I love you so!
