• I just set a shot glass of vodka on fire. Had to make sure it would work. Research for the new novel. Praise Jah, or i'd be up to my ass in rewrites.
• I went back to the Mural Bar tonight. My students were going to dinner in Madrid, so they drove me from the burbs to Nuevos Ministerios, 2 stops from the old neighborhood. I won 4 games of pool in a row and only left to catch the Metro. None of my good buddies were there, but i chewed the fat with some of the regulars. I can chew the fat in espanol! Que bien!
• I'm going to the Atletico game on Saturday, so i'll meet my new Atleti season ticket friends. Hooray!
